Mission Profile

Haven-2 Module is the planned commercial space station module under development by Vast Space, intended to fly as an independent free-flying station initially before becoming the core module of a larger Haven-2 complex. Contracted by NASA under the Commercial Low Earth Orbit Destinations (CLD) program in 2024, it is planned for launch aboard a Falcon 9 around 2028 to become one of the successor stations to the International Space Station. Haven-2 would support a commercial crew of four using SpaceX Dragon vehicles, hosting a mix of government, research, and commercial customers as NASA transitions ISS activities to private operators.
