Brick Space Agency

Mission Profile

The Brick Space Agency is a curated directory of LEGO® MOC (My Own Creation) builds at 1:110 scale. Our mission is to showcase the incredible models and the talented designers behind them, making it easier for builders to discover, source parts for, and assemble their own ultimate space collection.

The Spark

I have always been fascinated by space exploration and the engineering marvels that make it possible. As a kid, I built countless LEGO space vehicles, imagining missions to the Moon, Mars, and beyond. That fascination was reignited in 2017 with the release of the official LEGO NASA Apollo Saturn V.

Originally submitted to LEGO Ideas by designers Valerie Roche and Felix Stiessen, the set was an instant masterpiece: a majestic, meter-high model with separable stages and a perfectly scaled Apollo spacecraft. As soon as it hit shelves, I built the 1,969-piece titan. It still stands as one of the most inspiring sets I own—but more importantly, it sparked a movement.

An Expanding Universe

The 1:110 scale community traces its roots directly to that Saturn V. It challenged designers around the world to ask: What else can we build at this scale? The answer was an entire universe of aerospace history. The community began designing everything that could sit beautifully on a shelf next to the Apollo missions. Today, the 1:110 catalog spans the entire history and future of spaceflight—from the gleaming silver of the Mercury-Atlas and the iconic black-and-white tiles of the Space Shuttle, to massive orbital outposts like the International Space Station, sprawling custom Launch Umbilical Towers (LUTs), and the modern commercial rockets defining the current space age.

As my own collection grew, so did my appreciation for the process: discovering brilliant new designs, hunting down parts, and collaborating with creators to refine build techniques. Brick Space Agency was built to give back to that incredible community by cataloging and presenting their amazing work.
