Mission Profile

Qaem-100 (Ghaem-100) is an Iranian three-stage solid-propellant orbital launch vehicle, first launched on 5 November 2022, representing Iran's first domestically developed solid-fuel space launcher. Operated by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, it placed the Noor-2 reconnaissance satellite into orbit and demonstrated a rapid-launch solid-propellant space capability. International observers noted that Qaem-100's all-solid design and ballistic missile heritage raise significant concerns about dual-use technology applicable to long-range ballistic missiles.
