Mission Profile

The Shavit-3 (Shavit 3) is a planned three-stage Israeli launch vehicle in the Shavit family, a next-generation upgrade to Israel's indigenous satellite launch capability with improved performance. With a planned first launch around 2028, the Shavit-3 will increase Israel's ability to independently deploy reconnaissance and technology demonstration satellites from the Palmachim Airbase.
