Mission Profile

The Atlas V 511 is a two-stage American launch vehicle in the Atlas family, a configuration featuring one AJ-60A solid rocket booster and a 5 m diameter payload fairing under the EELV programme. Standing 58.3 m tall with a 3.8 m core diameter and a liftoff mass of 375 tonnes, it generates 5,075 kN of liftoff thrust and can deliver 12,010 kg to low Earth orbit or 5,250 kg to geostationary transfer orbit. First flying in January 2022, the Atlas V 511 was the last Atlas V configuration to debut, launching the GOES-T weather satellite.
