Mission Profile

The Minotaur-C 1110 (Taurus 1110) was a four-stage American launch vehicle in the Minuteman-derived family, the baseline configuration originally marketed as the Taurus before being renamed Minotaur-C. Standing 28.2 m tall with a 2.4 m diameter and a liftoff mass of 73 tonnes, it generated 1,600 kN of first-stage thrust and could deliver 1,590 kg to low Earth orbit. First flying in March 1994, the Minotaur-C 1110 offered dedicated small satellite launch services as a ground-launched complement to the air-dropped Pegasus.
