Mission Profile
Tsyklon 4 (Cyclone 4) is a Ukrainian three-stage launch vehicle derived from the Tsyklon-3, developed for commercial and government missions from the Alcântara Launch Center in Brazil under a joint Ukrainian-Brazilian venture. Studied from around 2015, the 229,000 kg LEO-capable vehicle was intended to give Brazil orbital launch capability and provide a new market for Ukrainian launch services. The program was cancelled in 2015 due to funding shortfalls and political difficulties between the two countries.
