Mission Profile
The Falcon Heavy (Full Thrust) (FH Full Thrust, FH v1.2) was a two-stage American heavy-lift launch vehicle in the Falcon 9 family, the initial production variant using three Falcon 9 Full Thrust first-stage cores. Standing 70 m tall with a 3.7 m core diameter and a liftoff mass of 1,421 tonnes, it generated 22,819 kN of liftoff thrust and could deliver 63,800 kg to low Earth orbit or 26,700 kg to geostationary transfer orbit. First flying in February 2018 with Elon Musk's Tesla Roadster as a demonstration payload, the Falcon Heavy Full Thrust proved the triple-core concept viable before being superseded by the Block 5 variant.
