Mission Profile
The Tianlong-3 (Heavenly Dragon 3) is a two-stage Chinese launch vehicle developed by Space Pioneer (OneSpace) as a medium-lift reusable rocket with Falcon 9-class ambitions. Standing 71 m tall with a 3.8 m core diameter and a liftoff mass of 590 tonnes, it is designed to deliver 17,000 kg to low Earth orbit. First flying in June 2024 in an accidental launch during a static fire test that resulted in the vehicle's destruction, the Tianlong-3 represents one of the most ambitious Chinese commercial rocket programmes.
