Mission Profile

Delta II 7426 is a medium-lift variant featuring a 4-meter fairing and two GEM-40 solid rocket boosters on the Thor-derived Delta II platform. First flying on 7 February 1999, it offered a balance of cost and performance for medium-class government and commercial payloads. Like all Delta II variants, it drew on decades of Thor heritage while incorporating modern avionics and propellant systems.
