Mission Profile

The EcoRocket Demonstrator is a single-stage suborbital test vehicle developed by ARCA Space Corporation to validate the company's unconventional linear aerospike engine and waterjet-cooled nozzle design, intended as a propulsion technology demonstrator for a planned orbital vehicle. Studied around 2024, the demonstrator is intended to prove ARCA's environmentally friendly propulsion concept using liquid oxygen and water-based propellants before scaling to an orbital configuration. The program represents ARCA's long-running effort to develop a low-cost, non-toxic propellant approach to space access outside the mainstream of traditional liquid and solid rocket propulsion.
