Mission Profile
The OS-M (also known as Chongqing SQX) was a Chinese commercial four-stage all-solid small satellite launch vehicle developed by OneSpace Technologies, designed for responsive and cost-effective small payload delivery to low Earth orbit. Standing 19 m tall with a 1.2 m diameter and a liftoff mass of 22 tonnes, it could deliver 174 kg to low Earth orbit on its first orbital mission. Successfully reaching orbit on its March 2019 maiden flight, the OS-M became China's first commercially developed small launch vehicle to achieve orbital insertion, marking a milestone in China's new commercial space sector.
