Mission Profile

Nova is a fully reusable medium-to-heavy lift launch vehicle in development by Stoke Space, conceived from the ground up to achieve complete and rapid reusability of both stages to dramatically reduce launch costs. The vehicle features a unique second stage with a full-flow staged combustion engine, an active heat shield, and propulsive landing capability, standing 110 m tall with a 12.2 m diameter. Targeting its first launch in late 2026, Nova represents one of the most ambitious reusability architectures in development, aiming to deliver payloads across a wide range of orbits at a fraction of conventional costs through high-cadence vehicle reuse.
