Mission Profile

The Long March 11H is a sea-launch variant of China's Long March 11 solid-propellant rocket, designed to provide rapid-response orbital access from maritime platforms at optimized latitudes. Standing 20.9 m tall with a four-stage all-solid configuration, it can deliver 350 kg to low Earth orbit and generates 1,200 kN of first-stage thrust. First successfully launched from a ship in the Yellow Sea in June 2019, the Long March 11H became the first Chinese rocket to complete a sea launch, significantly expanding China's flexibility in reaching sun-synchronous and equatorial orbits.
